Items purchased on AudreyNicole.com and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to AudreyNicole for return or exchange within 48 hours from the time/date you receive your order. Any discounted, percentage off, or sale items are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (AudreyNicole box and/or pouch).
PLEASE NOTE: "ANY" DISCOUNTED ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODE, OR ANY PERCENTAGE OFF ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any item or items that are part a part of a special sale, percentage off with a discounted code, such as a "Black Friday sale" or "Holiday Sale" are final sale and CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Please email special@audreynicole.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from AudreyNicole.com.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom script orders may not be returned.Audrey Nicole does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of The United States
Audrey Nicole does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States. All purchases shipped outside of the United States areFinal Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. Audrey Nicole only charges for international shipping fees at checkout. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
